The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had good quality and a decent range of choices. For the price, this is one of the better four-star hotels I've stayed at near the airport. I'd definitely stay again.

The staff made sure we were comfortable and had enough to eat, and were a big part of our pleasant stay. Breakfast was good, with the first proper American bacon we'd had on this trip. Dinner was good too, especially the beef stew with potatoes. I added salt to my taste and finished it all. Our room was nice apart from a couple of small issues: the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor, and two bulbs were out. We didn't mention it at the front desk, though I'm sure they would've fixed it. Thanks to the staff for looking after us.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. There were two pillow options, microfiber and memory foam. Staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to respond. The guestroom was good and had a distinctive feel. I had a good stay.

I liked having a place to retreat to after work in Milan. The hotel is in a nice location, and the rooms are large. The beds felt comfortable to me, though some people might find them a bit hard. The shower looked modern, but there was mold on the shower head, so I used the clean hand shower instead. The room was too warm for me, and I couldn't set it below 22C. Opening the window wasn't an option because of the noisy cars outside. Breakfast was good, with a nice selection of fruit and breads.

The staff were so friendly, which I liked most. Breakfast was really good too, and the hotel is 20 minutes from the airport.
