The rooms were comfortable, quiet, and recently renovated, and Alexei was attentive about breakfast and other services. He even offered us an umbrella to rent for the two nights as a kind of refund. Still, he seemed very stressed, especially in the mornings. We had booked directly on his website for two nights, but my sister became ill and couldn't travel on the first night. I asked Alexei that morning if he could refund part of it, including the parking fee, but he wasn't flexible. At check-in for our remaining two nights, I paid by card because he'd already taken a card guarantee and I preferred that, even though he initially didn't want card payment. When I raised the refund again, he said he couldn't return anything because I'd paid by card and he now had to pay taxes. I assume that's why he prefers cash, so he can avoid taxes. We wish Alexei well and hope he'll be more flexible with other guests in the future.

Being so close to restaurants and shops made it easy to get around, and Alexei gave us useful suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The room was spotless and well looked after, with a really comfortable bed. We loved Tropea and hope to return someday. We'd happily stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful visit, Alexei. From the moment we arrived at the parking lot until checkout, Alexei handled everything in a friendly, helpful way. His local recommendations and connections helped us find the best spots. The rooms were modern and clean, and everything was just right. Thanks to you and your whole family, Alexei. Next time we're in Tropea, we'll check availability at Bella Tropea!

Alexi greeted us despite our flight being delayed, then helped us book tours and restaurants throughout the visit. He made everything feel easy, and his local knowledge really added to the experience. The location was great too, and staying there felt almost like being with family.

Tropea's old town is one of the most beautiful places I've visited, with postcard-worthy beaches and sea, plus lots of traditional places to eat. The B&B's central spot made everything an easy walk, and I found a better rate by booking through the official Bella Tropea Accommodation homepage. For seven days, Alexei looked after me with real care. He helped with my luggage, made tasty breakfasts just for me, and shared ideas for activities and food. My room was beautiful and clean, and the whole stay felt like a jackpot. I'll definitely return and would gladly book one of these lovely rooms again. Thanks so much, Alexei, for being such a helpful, caring host!
