It was a cozy, nice hotel, but the Wi-Fi was awful. Most of the time it didn't work, and when it did, it kept disconnecting.

It was okay.

The food was like something from a really bad restaurant. On arrival, the shower stall was dirty, and no one came to sort it out even after we complained. The air conditioning wasn't working properly either. We were only there for a day, and reception seemed uninterested, so we put up with it and left. A nightmare.

Everything was impeccable when we celebrated my son Mattia's graduation here. Riccardo, Antonella, and the rest of the staff were thoughtful throughout. The dessert buffet was lovely, and the entrees were delicious and went down well. Even the appetizers were all hot, tasty, and plentiful. Thanks for everything, including the warm welcome.

My room was bright and clean and had a small flat-screen TV. There wasn't a minibar, though two unopened bottles of water were on the desk. Breakfast fell short of what I expected given the property's amenities.
