The pool was large and clean, and the staff were mostly young, very friendly, and always ready to answer questions or say hello, even when their English was limited. The Italian owner was often around too. He plays piano in the mornings and was helpful and friendly whenever something came up. There are a couple of great beaches within walking distance, plus lots of local restaurants just minutes away. Leporano has a small supermarket and a bigger one, Eurospin, about a five-minute drive away. Parking on-site was plentiful. The complex feels dated and could use serious attention. The beds were okay, but the furniture was old-fashioned. The kitchen was cramped, with only a gas hob, no microwave or oven, no kettle for tea or coffee, and too few sockets for charging phones. It’s basic holiday accommodation, with no restaurant. Most guests seemed to be Italian families with children, and it’s very child-friendly. One odd thing: staff allowed people to smoke on the sunbeds next to the pool.
