La casa al mare

Such a welcoming place, really nice.

We had a great time. The aperitif was good, and sitting on the sea-view terrace was fantastic. The cocktails were delicious, the staff were kind, and the quality for the price was excellent.

The apartment is spacious, well kept, and has everything needed, including an extra sofa bed. Having private parking just steps away was a big plus, and the location is excellent, in the heart of San Terenzo and close to the sea. Alessandra welcomed my friend and me so warmly at the start of our stay and was very kind and helpful, even with payment. We hope we can stay again in the future. Thank you, Vera.

We’ve stayed here for two summers now, and this time there was a lovely new balcony where we could relax and smoke. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable, right in the historic center in a narrow lane close to the sea, with the nearest beach about a two-minute walk away. Sara was kind and helpful, and having private parking at the back of the building is a real plus, though it takes a few steps to reach. It’s a great choice for a family. The one bathroom is in the main bedroom, which can make things a little less convenient and private for two friends sharing the apartment. It’s on the first floor, and there’s no elevator.
