We had a hard time resting because the apartment isn't well insulated and you can hear everything. The building is old, with walls falling apart, even though the apartment is right in the center of Lerici. The owner seemed interested only in collecting the rent and leaving quickly, with no service when we arrived or during our stay. The parking they offer is more than a 15-minute walk away. I absolutely do not recommend it.
