I spent five nights here with my family and had a really good time. The views are amazing, and the beach is about a 10-minute walk away. There are pool, spa, and gym facilities, and the food is freshly made each time and delicious. The traditional Italian dishes were awesome. In the evenings, there was live music in the bar, with Italian songs. The tourist tax was much lower than in Catania, and I'd love to stay here whenever I visit Catania. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the dining room manager and bar manager.

The view from the hotel is amazing, but much else left us disappointed because it wasn't as described. The staff were very rude, didn't know English, and seemed to keep avoiding customers. The hotel also lacks a proper entrance. Breakfast and lunch had little variety, though dinner was slightly better. What upset us most was finding expired milk in the refrigerator. We were also charged for water bottles even though we'd booked all inclusive.

The terraces have great views, though reaching them may be difficult for people with limited mobility. The lift up the hillside is an experience worth having.

Set on the hillside above Letojanni, this is a great hotel with a view over the town. Getting to the accommodation means going through a tunnel and taking several elevators.

We visited in April 2025 with 2 young kids. The staff were great, and the location made it easy to reach Taormina and go on excursions. The facilities weren't all running yet, so I'd like to return when everything is open. I'd definitely come back in the busier months.
