A nice, clean room close to the beach. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away.

The front office staff were friendly and helpful, but the facilities were completely inadequate. The worst part was the extremely strong sewer smell coming from the bathroom into the room. Housekeeping also wasn’t great. The TV was broken, and although a technician was called on the first day of our three-day stay, he never showed up. For what we paid, with only breakfast included, I strongly advise against staying here. The bar had run out of pastries by 9:30.

It felt damp inside. Even though it was 9 degrees outside, I asked them to turn on the heating and was told no. We waited in the car at the door for 45 minutes just to find out where and when to get the key, at 8 pm!

The staff were very friendly, and the room was nice. It’s very close to the public beach. Unfortunately, the refrigerator broke during our stay. The reserved parking is about a five-minute walk away, though you don’t need a car in Levanto.

Comfortable and very clean, with coffee and tea available. Arrange your arrival time, then pick up the key at the real estate agency. It’s near the train station, the beach, and the center.
