We were only here for one night, and it was a good spot for a quick visit to Levanto, which we love. The view from the room was lovely, and although it's quite high up, the steps down to the centre don't take long either way. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was a little small, and every pillow was firm memory foam with no other options, which we found uncomfortable. The air conditioning worked well and could be set lower than at many other places. Perfect for a one-night stay.

We loved staying here and would come back. The staff were so kind, especially Fay, and gave us loads of tips for hikes and food. Our cute balcony looked over Levanto, right by the road, though not many cars went past. The centre and train station were both about a 10-minute walk away.

The Bellevue Suite had a breathtaking view, and we really enjoyed using this as our home base for the Cinque Terre. Levanto was charming and moved at a slower pace than 5T, which suited us. The train station is only a 10-15 minute walk away, and we'd happily return, especially to the Bellevue Suite. The walk up to the hotel is entirely uphill, so with luggage I'd probably take a cab. As the messages explained, there aren't places to buy snacks or drinks around the villa, so pick some up in town before heading up. There are a few items for sale in the mini-bar.

The staff were really helpful and accommodating, with great recommendations for food and sightseeing. It's also easy to get to town and the nearby train station on clear paths. The place was incredibly clean and comfortable, and the location came with a view straight out of a movie. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back.

We stayed in the Amber, the smallest room, and it was an amazing deal. Anyone who's visited Levanto or one of the five Cinque Terre villages knows room prices have climbed a lot in recent years. Even so, the price felt almost too good to be true, and it turned out to be just right for what we got. The Bellevue is a hidden gem in one of Italy's most beautiful areas. Our room was furnished beautifully and was the size we expected for comparable accommodation here, at a lower price than we'd thought. We happened to visit during record heat, and the air conditioning kept up very well. The website description matched the room: the stated square metres were accurate, the mini-bar had small drinks and a bottle of wine, the Nespresso machine worked perfectly and came with plenty of sugar and creamer if wanted, the WiFi was strong and reliable, and the hair dryer was full-sized. There was also a roomy wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers. We enjoyed the lovely shared terrace every evening. The staff can recommend and book local activities, which was a nice concierge-style perk. We used the service and had some spectacular meals at nearby restaurants that suited our dietary preferences and budget perfectly. To the few one-, two- and three-star reviewers: did you read the website carefully or look into the area before arriving? It says mini-bar, not refrigerator. The room sizes are listed accurately, and rooms without private terraces are described as having a shared terrace. The hallway width fits the historic building. If your suitcase won't fit, it sounds wider than what's acceptable on nearly all airlines, which is hard to believe. And the hills and steps? How is that Bellevue's fault? That's like blaming a ski resort for snow. If the partner hotel feels too far to walk, maybe walking isn't for you, and the Cinque Terre and Ligurian coast villages may not be the right places. A quick Google street view makes it clear there are hills to climb and steps to go up. Complaining about that is like complaining about too much Mickey Mouse at Disney World. Insane. One reviewer said the room was like a “seller,” which I assume meant “cellar.” Please. Even our smallest room had a good-sized window opening onto a gorgeous, incomparable view visible from everywhere in the room, including from bed. That complaint sounds flat-out fabricated. I'd book this hidden gem before everyone discovers it and reservations become nearly impossible. I don't think you'll find anything better in the area for this price.
