The apartment was clean and could fit six if someone is okay sleeping on the sofa. Shops and other places are a bit far away, though.

We got the apartment we expected, but the owner’s handling of an issue was very disappointing. We asked right when we arrived on Monday afternoon about the missing TV, which was listed among the services we paid for. We didn’t get a response until Thursday evening, before we left. The manager blamed the Booking portal for not updating the listing about a month earlier. What made it worse was that he didn’t apologize at all and seemed concerned only with collecting the tourist tax. Terrible manager. Franzini family.

The beach is about a 30-minute walk away, though only a few minutes by car, and the supermarket is roughly five minutes on foot. There’s private parking right beside the house. Inside, the place is bigger than it looks in the photos and very clean, with pleasantly furnished rooms. The kitchen has all the appliances and dishes you need, and both bathrooms have spacious shower stalls. Everything worked perfectly. The bedroom air conditioning cools so well that even when it’s over 30 degrees Celsius outside, you don’t have to leave it running all the time.

The owners are very kind, and the apartment is beautiful and roomy. It’s in an excellent spot near Levanto’s center and the train station. Highly recommended!
