Francesco and Claudia are wonderful hosts, always available and ready with tips on things to see in the village and nearby. The rooms are spacious, welcoming, heated, and have every comfort. Cleanliness, courtesy, a central location, parking, and being able to bring pets are just some of this place’s great qualities.

We stayed in the first-floor apartment, which was simple but comfortable. The furnishings are older, but it had everything we needed, including a handy modern fridge, gas stove, oven, and a comfortable bathroom with a bidet and shower. The heated towel rails helped make it warm and welcoming. The owners are always kind and helpful, and never intrusive. It’s about 50 meters from Levico’s main street, with a bar and COOP within walking distance, and the Christmas markets just a 2-minute walk away. Great value for money. This was our second stay during Christmas, and it’s always nice to come back and greet the owners.
