We were a group of 19 visiting for a wedding and stayed for a week. The house is large, with original wall decorations and an entertaining billiards table that everyone enjoyed. The pool was great, with enough loungers, and there was plenty of seating under the outdoor canopy. We only saw inside the chapel by looking through a window, but it was beautiful.

This was our second visit, and our whole group loved it: 10 adults and 13 children. Everyone was comfortable, the city is close, and the pool and its view are amazing. We used the cooking service four times, and the food was delicious. The owners are extremely friendly. See you next August, Villa Clara, and thank you for everything.

Set on a hill but very close to the city, this place works well for large families or groups visiting Lucca.

The peaceful setting was a real pleasure. The house matched what we expected from the photos and description, and our stay was just as we had imagined. A special mention for LUIGI, whose kindness and professionalism deserve a big thank you.

The two pools were a lovely bonus, and the villa sits among trees and greenery in the hills around Lucca. Inside, the rooms have beautiful original furnishings. The staff were capable and organized, and the service was excellent. I’d definitely recommend a vacation here.
