We were there in August and would happily stay again if we return to Lake Como. Mary and Vincenzo are wonderful, kind hosts who try to accommodate every request. They even gave us delicious tomatoes, and parking was provided, which is essential in these towns where finding a place for the car can be a real problem. The La Sorgente apartment in Lezzeno (CO) was clean and stayed cool without air conditioning. The terrace view is so stunning that photos don't do it justice, and it's a lovely place to eat. Evenings were completely quiet. I've never seen a view like that in my life. Thanks, Mary and Vincenzo.

The walk from this little hamlet in Lezzeno leads up to Madonna dei Ceppo, a small church in the mountains. It's a walk you really should do.
