A little gem ❤️ The pedestrian area is close by, and so is Dalmatia, along with a small supermarket that’s surprisingly well stocked.

It’s quiet and clean, with the beach and shopping street about 50m away, if that. Parking is there, though it gets a bit cramped when every apartment is occupied.
