Hotel Bellevue

Mrs. Mirela deserves a heartfelt thank you. Her kindness, professionalism and attention to every detail made the stay especially pleasant. I felt welcomed and appreciated from the moment I arrived. The facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll absolutely return. If you're looking for comfort, elegance and outstanding service, this is the hotel.

I tried this hotel through Revolut after looking at offers there. I clicked free booking, but Revolut started taking the full stay amount from my account without any notification. I cancelled as soon as I noticed and asked for a refund. The hotel replied curtly, "We do not accept your request," and stopped communicating despite my attempts to follow up. Before confirming, I wasn't told the payment was non-refundable, or that they wouldn't return what they'd already taken and still wanted the remaining accommodation payment for a booking I'd cancelled. I had to block my card. I made the reservation on 1.7 for 14.8 and cancelled 10 minutes after entering it. I know ignorance is no excuse, but I think a more humane response would have been appropriate. I'll never see the money again, and I won't stay at this hotel even if they paid me.

The hotel is very nice, and the service is perfect. The superior rooms aren't very big, but they have everything you need. The walk to the beach is 350 m. Breakfast is the only reason I'm giving four stars, it could be better. I can recommend this hotel.

I spent a week at this amazing hotel, the best one in Lignano. The rooms are cute and clean, and the balcony looks out over the Pineta. Best of all, the pool stays open until midnight, so you can have a really tasty cocktail there!
