Condominio Belletti

The owner was very kind and helpful, and we'd happily return if we get the chance. We enjoyed a pleasant three-day mini-vacation in a clean apartment with modern furniture and an excellent location. The large master bedroom had a comfortable mattress, and the kitchen had the utensils we needed, including an electric oven for cooking as at home. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, with an XL shower.

The first night was awful because it was 15 degrees when we arrived, so in winter the heating really should be turned on before guests get there. The location is certainly great, on the main avenue with bars and shops, and there's free Wi-Fi, though the apartment doesn't face the sea. The furniture is new, but the few pots and dishes are old and mismatched. Luckily, I'd brought one from home. There was no dishwashing liquid. The bedroom is spacious and the bathroom and towels were clean, but there was no soap or other toiletries. The disposable sheets are a good solution for the COVID issue, though not very comfortable. The bed covers and two extra blankets had several stains.

The owners were very welcoming, though it's a shame they didn't wear masks while talking with guests. The apartment was clean and supplied with towels, sheets, and dishes. Its central location near the sea was excellent, but unwanted neighbors made a lot of noise, even in the middle of the night.

The owner was friendly, and bikes were available to rent as part of the stay price. Our room was very nice, with a large terrace right on the pedestrian zone. The restaurant directly opposite played music all evening, at just the right volume. We'd gladly come back.
