Avoid this place. The house was dirty, with cobwebs even in the shower, insects and mosquitoes on the walls, filthy windowsills, and mosquito nets that were broken and dirty. The sofa cover looked unwashed, though the linens were clean because we brought our own. The living-room and veranda bulbs were out, but those were changed when we reported them. The veranda table legs came off. There’s a room meant for laundry, but no sink or washing machine, so there’s no way to do laundry. On the second day, the shower drain clogged and the hose was broken, so we couldn’t shower that evening. The bathroom taps were dirty and caked with limescale, and the mattresses were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. We reported many problems in the first two days and expected someone to come clean right away, but nobody did. Booking.com said air conditioning was included, but it actually cost extra. The parking area is under a tree that drips resin. Walter Tour manages the house and clearly checks nothing before handing over the apartment. Customer service was zero. One star is the lowest I can give, but even that feels generous; my rating would be unsatisfactory.
