The location, food, and price were great, but our waiter was so unfriendly it caught us off guard. We arrived at the table in a friendly mood, yet from the start he acted as if we were getting on his nerves. He rushed us while we ordered and even rolled his eyes. When we tried to order drinks, he walked off and didn't come back, leaving half our drinks unaccounted for. I asked three separate times for water and still never got it.

The food used to be good for years, but now it was awful. All three different dishes we tried were bad, and it was probably the worst pizza I've ever eaten in Italy. Such a shame, it used to be really good. I also went to the restroom and found it dirty, with no soap. Avoid it.

The food was pretty good, but the service was awful. The waiter wanted our order right away and kept pressuring us while we chose. The menu is only in Italian and German, which makes the choice 'comfortable'. Never again for us, what a disappointment. service kazi reviews.

They charged us 7.50 euros for blankets, which was an unpleasant surprise, though apparently that's normal in Italy, so just a heads-up. The restaurant staff seemed stressed and rushed, and were very unfriendly. The food felt expensive for what you got. Being allowed to smoke under the roof made the whole experience worse. I wouldn't recommend it, try somewhere else.

There were two families of seven, so we got to try a lot of dishes. The food was the best, especially the pasta, cooked properly al dente, along with calamari, fish, and pizza. The restaurant and atmosphere are amazing. Service was great even though they were full the whole time. Special thanks to waiter Alexander. A must when you visit Lignano Sabbiadoro.
