Hotel Lampara

This was our third summer here, and we'll be back next year. The staff are so kind and helpful, and breakfast is a great buffet. The hotel is a block from the Fontana and 50m from the beach, with a side view of the sea. There's lively nightlife around the Fontana and V. Venezia, but the neighborhood feels completely safe. You can get an ice cream at 1:00 a.m. or head to a bar until 3:00 a.m. The hotel has a bar, a restaurant for breakfast, standard and deluxe rooms, deluxe suites, and a small spa on the roof.

Just 20 steps from the beach and Main Street, and the hotel is spotless with a friendly, helpful team ready to assist. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable, with great AirCon. It can get a little loud at night if your room faces the bars and restaurants.

Staff were very polite and friendly, and the rooms and shared spaces were clean and modern. The large balconies have room for two to sit comfortably, and the shower lights are a fun touch. There's a lot around the hotel, including restaurants, cafes, and gelatarias, as well as the beach. That makes the area crowded and noisy, especially in street-facing rooms. Breakfast has plenty of options, from smoked salmon and ham to cold cuts and bacon, but it's the same every day and got a bit boring after two days. Parking costs an extra 15€, which felt a bit much. You have to leave the car in a garage about 1km away, though the hotel has an electric cart to take you there whenever you want. The upside is that the car stays safe and in the shade.

A small hotel, but a really nice one. The location is perfect and so is breakfast. The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the Principessa Silvia 😃 Thanks so much for making our stay worthwhile!
