Hotel Rex

Most of the staff were courteous and friendly, and always seemed ready to help with a smile. That was a bright spot in a disappointing stay. The manager was the opposite. Her rudeness and unprofessional manner made every interaction unpleasant, which was a startling contrast with the rest of the team. It’s hard to understand that kind of customer service at a hotel that advertises a high rating. The worn decor and old furnishings made the place feel dated and less comfortable than I expected. The facilities need a serious update if the hotel is to justify its costs. For what we paid, the value wasn’t there. It’s presented as a four star hotel, but the atmosphere felt closer to a mediocre two star inn. The rating and premises need a serious rethink to match the price and the expectations that come with it.

The pool was clean and mostly empty, and we had no trouble finding a free parking space on the property. Our room was clean and nice, with electric shutters and air conditioning that worked fine. It was quiet inside. We could hear the person next door showering, but it wasn’t very loud or bothersome. The hotel is about a three minute walk from the beach. There’s a large breakfast buffet, and the staff are friendly and speak English, German, and other languages.

The hotel is clean and in a good spot, just two minutes from the beach, and the employees are very friendly. The interior isn’t the best, but it’s okay. At night, the elevator makes a loud arrival sound that you can hear in the rooms. A few balcony screws also need to be tightened. Still, it’s a nice hotel.

Only lovely memories from our holiday here, it was a fantastic place to stay. Bolshoe spasibo to the owners and all the staff at Rex hotel for being so hospitable. Our room was quite big, with a bed, sofa, table, bagno, and a hallway with a large cupboard. From the balcony we saw private, extremely beautiful wild forest pigeons and pica-pica 😍👻👍🌲🌲🌲🌲🌅🕊️🕊️ We’re coming back.
