These are budget apartments, and the quality is low to match the low price.

We went in October. The beach is nearby, and the balcony is large. The location seems nice, but I'd choose somewhere else if I came back. The sound carries badly, even from the hallway. The shower curtains were dirty and disgusting, though the rest was clean. The apartment was very poorly equipped and had ants. I suspect the house was in a pretty sorry state because it was off-season. The closed-off areas on the ground floor added to that impression.

The harbor view is beautiful, and the supermarket and beach aren't far away. But the rooms are awful. The bed was a complete disaster, with mattress springs sticking halfway out. There were hardly any outlets, and the lights worked only sometimes. The parking spaces were so crooked and uneven they seemed made for tanks, off-roaders or SUVs. The room wasn't worth the money at all.
