Residenza Verde

The large terraces make it easy to relax, and the apartments are comfortable and attractive. This condo is close to the beach and sea, with convenient, ample parking and an elevator to every floor. The inside-facing apartments overlooking the parking area are the quietest. It books up all the time, with people returning year after year.

We were really happy with our choice and would book again in a heartbeat. The street gets busy, especially on evenings and weekends, but the double-glazed windows and roller shutters kept things peaceful at night. The apartment was bright and very clean. Two rooms opened onto the balcony, and there was a drying rack. Laundry is free to wash in the laundry room. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a big fridge with a freezer compartment. The air conditioning, hairdryer, and everything else worked perfectly. The location is hard to beat: cross the street one way and you’re by the sea, go the other way and you’re on the shopping street with plenty of restaurants. Private parking is available, though some spaces are so tight you need to be a confident parker 😁

The beach is about 50m away and the pedestrian zone around 30m. It's a complex with several apartments and an elevator. Each apartment has a parking spot, though the spaces are very tight. You can hear through the walls.

We had a complete disappointment at Residencia Verde. The apartment was filthy and wasn't the one we'd booked, and we couldn't access the parking space. First and last time for us. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.
