The worst part of our stay was the air conditioning not working. The room felt like 34g on its display, and the indoor unit was an old type nobody uses anymore. It was noisy and kept shutting down with an E4 message. I contacted the owner, who acted surprised and blamed the previous guests, saying they might have pressed the wrong button on the remote. I now see earlier guests had already reported the same problem. The owner was rude and hung up on me. They sell it as an apartment, but it's really just a room with a kitchenette and no balcony, like places you find in many other buildings. The nine-floor complex has long, narrow corridors like those in hotels. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I stayed for two days in early July. The place was clean, though small for an apartment. There was no bidet in the bathroom, and the kitchen was right beside the bed. What really got to me was the owner's message the day before checkout, asking me to take out the garbage the next day, as if she was disgusted by what might be in the bin. I did it politely, but I shouldn't have had to. She rents to tourists as a service, not as a vacation rental, and waste disposal is something she pays for. I live 1,000 km away and had to ask a bar if they would let me leave my garbage there. They laughed at the strange request but kindly let me do it. Sorry, but taking care of that is part of the job. If you don't like it, you need to change jobs.
