The spacious terrace was nice, though the mosquitoes around sunrise and sunset weren’t. The location in central Lignano Sabbiadoro is excellent, with parking and free use of a new shared washing machine. This building has four well-kept apartments, fitted with things like air conditioning and a water heater. Inside, the paint could use attention, but there’s a microwave and the necessary utensils.

We’re back for a second year, staying in number 4 on the first floor. The building has four apartments, two downstairs and two upstairs. It’s close to a church and a playground, and handy for what you need while still away from the evening crowds. The place is genuinely quiet, though I do wonder what the neighbors think of our two lively kids. Sorry if they sometimes make a bit of noise. The apartment is very clean and has what you need for a comfortable stay, but linens and a hairdryer aren’t provided. Eureka Welcome manages it, and their staff are friendly and available for questions or requests. I also really like the east-west layout. I can see this staying our seaside home for a few more years.

No luxury here, but it’s clean and well located, so I’d recommend it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchenette had what we needed. There’s a big terrace downstairs, lots of room to store clothes, and even a freezer that keeps vodka cold, haha.
