4/10
The walk into town is great, and the rooms are right by the water with lovely views. There are lots of sunbeds and the bar is open most of the day. It seems well suited to families, but as a couple we didn't find it relaxing and wouldn't return. Other hotels may offer more for the money. Service was the biggest problem. As English guests, we felt like an inconvenience and were ignored several times. Staff seemed to engage with German speakers more. The whole stay felt transactional and left us uncomfortable, especially after having lovely stays at family-run hotels on Lake Garda. The rooms are small and dated. Lunch was average, and although the kitchen closed at 2pm, they wouldn't take our order at 1:45.

The staff were nice, the room was clean, and the location was good. I'd recommend it.

Access to the lake is good, and the place feels cozy. Lunch was nothing special.
