The location worked well for us, about a 10-minute walk from the town center. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were extremely clean. The staff were especially polite and helpful. Just a really pleasant stay.

This little family-run hotel has a great location, and every room faces the lake, so the views are lovely throughout. The rooms were very clean, the pool was clean too, and there was free parking for guests. Breakfast was nice. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, especially the cheerful staff in the morning. That kind of welcome gets the day off right. I'd highly recommend it.

We had a nice swim in the pool and enjoyed a drink out on the balcony. I especially liked that the hotel is family-run, and the views from the upper-floor rooms were lovely. It's about a 15-minute walk from town, but the way back is very steep. I was travelling with family across several generations, and that was a bit difficult for the older members.

About ten minutes after we left the beach area used by Hotel Rosemarie guests, I realised I'd left my phone and wallet behind. Someone honest had found them and handed them to the hotel owner. He checked whether I had a reservation, and when he realised I wasn't a guest, he went back to the beach and waited in case someone came looking. To my amazement, he was still there when I returned, and everything was in my wallet, including my license, cards and cash. What a wonderful thing to do. Thank you for taking the time and making the effort to get my things back to me.

The hotel hosts were friendly, and breakfast was an amazing buffet. They also serve lunch and dinner at set times during the day. The rooms were very comfortable. If you want air conditioning, it's available in the upgraded rooms, while economy rooms don't have it.
