The apartments are spacious, clean and well equipped, and there’s a pool. They’re nicely maintained, with a big terrace at each one facing the pool. I’d especially recommend them if you have kids.

We had lovely views and nice surroundings, and the apartments are modern, well equipped and in a good location. Communication with both the owner and the local host was very good. Highly recommended.

The spot was a real highlight for us. We could get to the beaches in Budoni and San Teodoro easily by car or bike, and both impressed us with their beauty and cleanliness. The residence also has a bar just a short walk away, where we got coffee and fresh croissants each morning, plus a nearby pizzeria we loved for its great pizzas. Residence Limpidu itself has brand new, modern apartments that were spotless, stylish, spacious and comfortable. We felt at home right away. We used the pool regularly to cool down, and the garden barbecue was perfect for evening get-togethers. The people looking after us were great. Marco was always around to help, including with trip suggestions, Frederica gave us a warm personal welcome, and arranging everything with Monika from booking to departure went smoothly. We enjoyed the stay more than expected and will definitely return. Residence Limpidu is a great choice for peaceful, modern accommodation in Sardinia.

Our family had a wonderful time at Residenza Limpiddu, with the pool making a lovely place to relax. Budoni is conveniently close, with shops, restaurants and everyday services, and the apartment made a great base for discovering Sardinia and its culture and food. Monica welcomed us warmly and was quick to respond, with plenty of local knowledge that helped us feel at home. Her assistant Marco was friendly and helpful throughout, too. The apartment was impressively spacious and spotless, with attractive decor and amenities that met our expectations. Residenza Limpiddu gave us just the right mix of downtime and exploring. If you want a welcoming place for a holiday, I’d put it high on the list.

The views, peaceful atmosphere and lovely surroundings made my stay feel like paradise. A fantastic place if you’re after both relaxation and fun, highly recommend it.
