Enza was so kind and helpful, and even made me a delicious chocolate cake. The rooms are roomy, clean, and really quiet. We'll be back!

The breakfast was excellent, almost more than we could eat. The location is handy for visiting Etna, though €136 for two adults and two children felt a bit steep. I expected better for that price.

The woman was very nice, but that wasn't enough to make up for a nightmare stay. The room was filthy: cobwebs on the ceiling, a dirty floor with sticky fruit juice between the beds, and stained, worn-out towels. The sheets had hair on them, so I changed them myself using the supplies in the room. The shower was dirty too, with hair in it. Nobody cleaned the room during our stay. The sticky floor was still there when we left, even though we'd noticed it right away. Never again!

We had three awful nights. There was no Wi-Fi, no cleanliness, no service, no kindness, and the location was terrible. We had to ask before they brought us a bottle of water. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone, even for one day.

It's only useful as a base for Etna trips, not as a place to stay. Parking is a long way off, so handling your luggage is a hassle, and the amenities are limited.
