A really relaxing place, just a short walk from the city center. The rooms are clean, spacious, and quiet, and the swimming pool is roomy, with beautifully kept landscaping. Breakfast was a wonderful Socilian spread with lots to choose from. The staff made us feel the best of Sicilian Hospitality.

The easy walk down the hill and straight across town made it simple to get wherever we needed to go. We loved that. The staff also took our individual needs to heart, and you can't teach that kind of care, you just have to get lucky when hiring. Breakfast was really good for Italy, with all the cappuccinos I could drink and eggs we got to boil ourselves. My daughter and I had a lot of fun with that. Cool rooms, excellent food, a great bar, and a great pool too. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so pleasant.

We stayed a couple of nights. The location wasn't ideal, and the menu was limited, though if you like fish, go for it. There were abandoned vehicles outside the rear entrance. Our room had seats outside, but no tea or coffee making facilities, which was a shame. There's an outdoor pool, and the bar serves food.

The pool was one of the better parts, and the harbour is an easy five minute walk away. There's also a bus stop for getting around during the day. Staff and management were friendly, even when I raised critical complaints. The rooms felt worn, small, poorly equipped, and stuck in a vintage 90s style. Only the third floor had a nice sea view. The white energy saving lights were everywhere, and while the bathroom was spacious, the shower cabin was extremely small. Breakfast was basic continental fare, not up to a modern four star hotel's standard, though the Italian coffee and homemade cakes tasted good. A loud diesel engine ran beside the hotel all day, possibly at a power plant, and depending on the wind it brought a strong exhaust smell around the property. For what it offers, the hotel is overpriced. I definitely wouldn't stay again.
