I booked the studio near the castle after speaking with them by phone, and hadn't realized how handy it would be. Everything is close, and wandering the town's narrow streets in the evening was lovely. The apartment was spotless, cleaner than some hotels where I've paid more. Having a kitchen helped me save a bit, though on a couple of nights I treated myself to a great pizza downstairs and a memorable Aeolian meal at a restaurant in the center. I'd recommend it to travelers who want to explore the island with everything nearby. I hope I can come back soon.
