Villa Saraceno

Luca is a distinctive, thoughtful host who keeps an eye on what guests need and offers generous tips. The apartments are welcoming, well cared for, and equipped with every comfort. Olive trees shade the relaxing solarium and lovely pool, while lemon and orange trees, bougainvillea, and jasmine make the setting feel enchanting. It’s a peaceful oasis a short walk from the center of Lipari, and a lovely base for reaching the island’s beaches. We felt at home and were swept up in the wonder of the landscape, its trees, scents, and fruit. Highly recommended!

The only drawback was that breakfast wasn’t being served temporarily. Otherwise, this is a professional and welcoming place, run expertly by Luca and his family. The rooms are clean, and while it’s not right in the center, the town and all the necessary amenities are just a few minutes away on foot. Guests can also enjoy a spectacular saltwater pool. Highly recommended!

We spent nearly two weeks here as a couple with our dog, and everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was clean, well cared for, and equipped with every comfort. The beds were very comfortable, the garden was lovely, and the large pool was always clean. It’s close to both the city center and the port. Luca’s kindness and professionalism really stood out. You can tell he cares about what he does, and we appreciated that a lot. We’ll definitely be back.
