Breakfast was a treat, especially the homemade Italian sweets and really good coffee. The staff were friendly and quick to help, and the pretty patio was a lovely place to sit. The rooms felt just right for a short visit, and the charming hotel is tucked on a quiet side street about a five-minute walk from Lipari port. Grazie per la vostra ospitalità!

Just a few steps from the ferry, Hotel Poseidon sits at the start of the main street, which made getting around easy. It has a lot of character as an older historic building. The rooms aren’t large or especially modern, but they’re clean and cozy, and the staff were very friendly.

The little garden was a beautiful spot to sit and unwind, and our room was quiet and clean. This is a peaceful, naturally lovely base for exploring the island if you’re not looking for a luxury resort. The family who own it were very friendly and always happy to chat. Breakfast is Italian style, with excellent cake and other specialties. We’d happily recommend staying here.

The breakfast had lots of tasty local pastries, and the staff were so kind and helpful. Our room was clean, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel felt cozy right in the center of Lipari. We had a perfect stay, one of our best, and would definitely recommend it.
