They picked us up at the ferry station as promised and brought us to the hotel. Our guide took photos of us at a beautiful lookout, then made us a lovely coffee at the hotel and gave us time to relax before showing us our room. We were lucky to have a view over the island of Vulcano and the active volcano. He asked when we'd like dinner, and when we arrived at the chosen time, they served us privately. We had swordfish, steak, a pasta dish cooked perfectly, crusty bread, and salad. It was far more food than we normally eat, and all of it was so good. My wife absolutely loved the liter of house white wine, too. The place was quiet, with beautiful birds and an incredible view. Tomorrow our driver is taking us for a one-hour massage before we leave the island, and he's been very accommodating throughout our stay. I'd highly recommend coming here.

All the staff were so kind, and Mari made us feel especially welcome with her first class service, warmth and readiness to help. Her recommendation led us to Praia Branca, a wonderful spot with crystal clear water. We took a boat to get there because it’s a special place. The transfer into town and back was available at a very low price. We loved everything and left already hoping to come back soon.

Lipari looked lovely from the terrace, and evenings there were peaceful. We had a spotless room, good water pressure in the bathroom and a clean, very nice pool. The hosts supplied everything we needed, and the residence’s restaurant meant we didn’t have to worry about meals. Breakfast had a generous spread of fruit and desserts. We were there in June, when the weather was perfect and the flowers were blooming. A great choice for couples or families, and we highly recommend it.

The area has a stunning view, with a beautiful, clean pool and a small supermarket about a 10-minute walk away in the village, with a good selection of products. We also walked to the nearby black beach. Getting up and down to the city is a challenge, though Nino can take you there and back for 1.5 euros per person. In the evenings and at night there were mosquitoes, and we realized we’d forgotten to buy repellent. When we arrived, Nino upgraded us at no extra cost from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment. After exploring, we wished we’d booked more than two nights and wanted to stay for a week or two. Nino and his team are kind and sincere; although their English isn’t very good, communicating with them was easy and pleasant.

Nino made the stay special, from promptly picking us up and dropping us off to sharing tips about hidden treasures around the island. He even took us to scenic spots for photos, offered coffee, and brought fresh cut flowers. When a storm meant we had to leave early, he drove us to the port at 6:00am. Such a friendly, happy host. The property is beautifully cared for, with gorgeous views and a lovely pool, plus an onsite restaurant serving a nice breakfast and delicious dinner. We truly recommend the experience!
