The hospitality is what made our time at Hotel Villa de Pasquale, soon to be Hotel Villa de Cute, so memorable. Newton in particular, along with the owner and family, made my extended family, including an infant, feel like part of their own. They found our favorite drinks even when they didn't normally stock them, gave us rides when we needed them, and took our luggage to the port before our ferry. The views were gorgeous, the pool was great, the food was delicious, and the A/C worked well. We enjoyed every moment and would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Lipari.

We had a really relaxing stay, and Newton was a delight, so funny. Francesco and Newton make a great team. The view and location are excellent, and the pool is lovely. We were greeted warmly with a refreshing drink or granita and fruit salad, and they carried our luggage to the rooms. Pick-up service is free, and the laundry service was something I especially loved. Breakfast could use a little improvement, but the care they put into everything else made the stay feel complete. With Covid making it hard to plan, they sorted out excursions, taxis, a free shuttle, and plenty of phone calls for us. Thanks to both of you. This place has lots of potential to become a 5* residence.

We spent 5 nights here and felt at ease from the first time Francesco welcomed us. It's such a peaceful place to unwind, and they help with anything you need. I've seen comments saying you have to ask for breakfast, but they just keep it fresh. Newton has a one-of-a-kind personality and is the kindest person I've met. I'll miss the place until we get to come back.

A very nice hotel, though it could use some maintenance.
