The location is the best part. We first stayed here five years ago for five weeks, and came back for ten days this time. It's a family-run business with friendly, professional service from arrival right through to departure. The apartments are spacious, well kept, nicely decorated, and have everything you need for apartment living. There's plenty of room for your things, and they're serviced midway through your stay. It ticks all the boxes for us.

The beach is directly opposite, and there's a regular bus from the hotel for the short ride to the main port. Some boat trips pick up locally, a short walk from the local port, and there are good restaurants and cafes frequented by locals nearby. In my view, this is the better part of Lipari. The apartment itself is large, comfortable, and has all the amenities. Maria and her team are excellent hosts who provide superior service. Maria's suggestions for places to visit, especially the boat tours, were perfect. Highly recommended.

I've stayed here three times now, most recently in Sept 2024, and for me it's the best accommodation on the island. The apartments are fully equipped, exceptionally clean, and in top condition. Mariapaola and her team go above and beyond to make it feel like a home away from home. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with an amazing view of two other islands, near bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, with a bus stop right out front.

The location is nice, but the room needs updating and smelled of stale smoke. Try to avoid a room right beside the entrance.

Really good value for the price. It's literally on the beach, in a lovely spot, and the staff were so helpful!
