We rented a studio with a small terrace overlooking all of Lipari, and we loved having our meals there. The apartment had everything we needed, including a little kitchen. The sun wasn't shining, so it stayed cool while we were out. I was impressed by the thoughtful details, like the lanterns outside and lights that switch on automatically as you walk by. The owner was extremely helpful and drove us to and from the port. Warm thanks as well to Laura, who welcomed us with such sweetness, care, and patience. It was a relaxing, wonderful holiday with my boyfriend. Thank you so much. ❤️

Laura made getting around Lipari easy. She was patient and always available with suggestions for places to visit, excursions, and food. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely view, and the stairs down to Canneto Beach and White Beach were manageable. The week was still deeply uncomfortable because of the owner, Rodolfo. After kindly helping us carry groceries up the village stairs at first, he repeatedly came into our space to scold us and threaten to call the police over noise. We understand that loud music late at night would be a problem, though the first time we hadn’t realized it was 1am and were only playing music quietly while talking. Other reprimands came at 6pm and 11pm while we were snacking or playing cards. At 2am one night, even though we were playing cards quietly on the terrace, he came out and told us to go to bed. Then he sat on the balcony watching for us to leave, apparently because he didn’t believe we’d still go down to the beach after being scolded. It was upsetting. He was hard to speak with calmly and kept stressing that it was his property. While guests should respect quiet hours, I think paying guests, especially young people, should be treated politely. He banged gates and kicked chairs and tables as he reprimanded us and we tried to explain. Such a shame, because the place is beautiful, but a week in that atmosphere of fear ruined the stay for me. I wouldn’t come back.

Rodolfo and Laura were so courteous and helpful. The property was lovely and clean, with an enchanting view, and the location made it easy to reach the beaches and Canneto’s center while staying away from the tourist crowds. Having a vehicle would be useful. A perfect stay, highly recommended!

We’ve been coming back every so often for years, so we already knew we’d enjoy ourselves. This time my husband and I stayed for a week in one of the studio apartments. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and opened onto a terrace with a breathtaking sea view. There are several kinds of accommodation, and the owner was wonderful and incredibly kind. Thanks for everything. One tip: wherever you’re staying on Lipari, renting a scooter or small car is a good idea.
