By August 29, I still hadn't received the roughly $800 they owed me. I had gone back to Brazil, where I live, and despite countless messages and calls, nobody had replied or given me any news. I went to Porto Cervo on August 9, 2022, with five friends, and the room had an absurd sewage smell. We complained, but couldn't spend the night there. The guests next door kept their doors open all night and looked into our room. Since we were all women, we felt scared. We decided to change hotels and asked the next day for a refund for the remaining days. I still believe I may have lost my money.

We booked for a few days, but the rooms smelled horrible and there were bugs everywhere, so we couldn't even stay a night. They kept saying they'd return our money, but they still haven't. They stole from us! I'm filing a lawsuit. Don't stay here, watch out!

The apartments felt welcoming and quiet, with bright, spacious rooms and every comfort. It's an easy walk to central Porto Cervo and the essential amenities. The location worked perfectly for my family, and the staff were excellent, professional, and top-notch. I highly recommend staying here.
