The balcony looks out over Livigno, and there’s an elevator for easier access. Parking was ideal, with lots of room, and the ski storage had heated lockers. I also loved the breakfasts and homemade products. The place has a lovely homey feel, with mountain scenery, animals, and plenty of peace and quiet. Kristián mentioned that they plan to add a Finnish sauna too.🙂

The rooms were clean, and breakfast was generous and tasty, with fresh local products. It's a lovely, quiet little hotel just outside Livigno.

We had a wonderful stay! Christian, the owner, was so friendly and easygoing. The property is brand new, and we really appreciated the local breakfast made entirely with products from valtellina. The ski room was also great and very convenient, with heated lockers for skis and boots.

You can even try milking the cows here, which was a thrill. The apartment at this lovely agriturismo is beautiful and has every comfort, and the owners are wonderful. It’s only two minutes from Livigno and close to the Carosello 3000 ski lift. We’ll definitely return.
