It's very clean and well equipped, and restaurants and bars aren't too far away.

We were really happy with the apartment and would highly recommend it. Communication with the rental company was excellent, all handled over WhatsApp, including the lift tickets. We didn't have to drive around Livigno to collect the keys, which saved a lot of time. The apartment was bright, new, clean, and fresh smelling, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen: kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics. Soap, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets were supplied too. Having a washing machine and vacuum cleaner available was a bonus. There’s ski storage in the building and underground parking if needed, though we found plenty of space outside. It stayed warm even when it was -14 degrees Celsius in winter. The window view was fantastic, and waking up to the sunrise from the bedroom was lovely. The balcony looks onto a green area and has two chairs and a small table even in winter, a sunny place to sit. Our dog enjoyed it too. The neighborhood is quiet, good for a dog, and close to the ski buses. The town center is a short walk away, with two nice restaurants and a grocery store very nearby.

The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful. This modern ground-floor apartment has everything you need, with excellent cleanliness and even a vacuum cleaner available. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker, induction stove, and dishwasher. There’s also an outdoor area with loungers. The center and pedestrian path are a 5-minute walk away.

A lovely apartment in an excellent location, with every comfort. The owner was very kind. Highly recommended.
