Hotel Alaska is a real gem, with welcoming, friendly staff and comfortable rooms. The food is excellent, and you certainly won't go hungry. I did wish the rooms had tea and coffee facilities and perhaps a fridge. It's on the main strip, with a bus stop right outside and an easy walk to either of the two food stores we found.
