I found a free room listed on the internet and saw a big sign outside advertising free rooms. But when I asked at the counter, I was sent away very harshly. They asked what I thought and whether I couldn’t see how crowded it was. Very unfriendly.

The location is hard to beat, right in the ZTL zone, close to the Mottolino ski lifts and the shopping street, with parking available. The owner said the gate cameras don't work, so getting to the hotel parking lot a few meters farther along is easy. Rooms are spacious, especially the bathroom, clean, and kept well stocked. Breakfast is plentiful but not a buffet, and the staff are friendly. If something that should be in your room is missing, just ask. The mattress and TV are dated, though both still work well.

The place is decent, if not top-notch. Prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly.
