The apartment itself is very nice, clean, and in a good location. Still, the owner was grumpy, unfriendly, and unhelpful. The internet worked only for the first two hours, then stopped, and the owner couldn’t help us fix it. Twice during our stay I was told to be quiet at 7 pm in a very unfriendly way, and threatened with the police, even though we weren’t being too noisy or having a party. The heater was cold most of the time, and there was nowhere to dry clothes after a full day of snowboarding.

The apartment has a good location and decent facilities, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, and a big living room. We stayed here for a second time, in 2012 and 2019, but the service level had dropped significantly. It was very cold. The claim that the apartment stays at 22 degrees wasn’t true, it was 19 C degrees at most. The bathrooms were cold too. We were told the heaters would run for two hours in the morning and two in the evening, but that wasn’t true. The ski room where we had to leave our boots was cold, so nothing dried. The owners were very unfriendly, especially the constantly smoking lady. It felt like we were bothering her.

We were freezing in the very cold rooms. The owner was seriously impolite, and eventually the agency found us another apartment.

It was a good place for families, everything was clean and worked. The first few days felt a little cold at 21, so we asked them to turn up the temperature. Communication with the owner was fine.

The apartment is quite nice and modern, but the owner was very unfriendly. I strongly wouldn’t recommend it. Avoid.
