The hosts and their family were warm, approachable, and quick to sort out any issues. The apartment itself was cozy and had plenty of room. There's a small supermarket next door with delicious takeaway food. For skiing, the first drag lift is within walking distance, and two drag lifts take you to the gondola. The ski bus stops almost right outside.

The location made things easy, with restaurants and grocery stores right nearby, plus a free bus into the city center. The rooms and bathroom were large, and the kitchen opens onto a very roomy living area. The only drawback was that the rooms felt a little dark.

There's a little shop downstairs for the basics, and the bus stop is very close. The family running Baita Franz were welcoming. We stayed in a spacious attic that was very clean, and the bathroom was roomy too.

We had everything we needed in the house, including linens, and there was private parking. It's also very close to the free bus into the center. The house was clean and the owner friendly. We'll be back.

A good spot, and a bit cheaper too 😎 It's slightly on the edge, but everything is right there.
