There are only three duvet sets for four people, and the owner thought that was enough and wouldn't provide another. There are no hangers, so coats end up on chairs. Wi-Fi only works by the door, and there's no phone reception inside, so you have to go outdoors to make a call. The heating is turned all the way up near the entrance, but the apartment is only just warm enough. There's no way to heat it further, so don't expect to dry anything.
