The windows let cold air in all the time because they’re so poorly sealed. The furniture is old and there’s a lot of dust. With more than two people, one person has to sleep in the kitchen, which is pretty annoying. Very poor conditions.

There wasn’t even a bathmat, and the few towels were very worn. The curtains had stains, and the little closet had only three hangers. The apartment was basic but reasonably clean. The TV only picked up temporary channels and wasn’t set up properly. The mattresses and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Astra receptionist was kind, and the Wi-Fi signal was fairly good. The apartment itself was clean, but flies were everywhere. Its furnishings were extremely sparse, and the kitchen didn’t even have a sharp knife or a colander. Doors, windows, frames, and shutters were all dated and in poor shape, with loose, squeaky, noisy latches and locks. The mattresses were misshapen and uncomfortable, the pillows thin and soft, and the towels old and worn. For two people staying seven days, they left just one roll of toilet paper, and not even a large one. Highly not recommended.

If you’re young and keep late hours, this place might suit you. For families looking to sleep, I wouldn’t recommend it. My family and I barely got any rest during our stay. Livio's house is advertised as having four apartments, but it only owns the first floor. The second floor is rented permanently to dancers and other people, some with Romanian license plates, who probably work nights. They and sometimes the owner carry on until morning, laughing, yelling, banging things, and running around as if it were daytime. You usually go on vacation to rest.
