The staff know their products inside out and ask plenty of questions to help you find the right thing, not just sell you something. They made me feel at home, and you can even sample pricey spirits for free. The prices are unbelievably low, and the shop is packed with hard-to-find products, from bags and perfume to spirits, sportswear, fashion, and lots more. There’s so much to choose from that you wouldn’t need to shop elsewhere in town. I’m annoyed they were so good that I booked a room at their namesake hotel for this winter. Now I’ve got a place in town I feel I have to visit. It’d be worth going to livigno just to shop here, and I’ll keep looking around town only to end up back here for the best deals and service.

The owner was really nice and helpful, and there’s a duty free shop downstairs. The hotel is right beside the ski bus stop, with the nearest lift 150 m away. My husband and I had a lovely week here. The rooms were clean and cozy, with housekeeping every day. Breakfast was tasty, though I missed having vegetables. The coffee was very good, and you can make fresh orange juice. Truly recommend! ❤
