Miky's Apartments

We had friendly staff and a central location, but this was probably the worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. For a week, the heating barely worked in bedrooms when it was -20°C in Livigno, so all of us were freezing and got sick. The apartment sits above a nightclub, which is the only way in and out. Music ran from 4 PM until 3 AM. Then at 7 AM, construction began just 5 meters from the bedroom window and continued until 4 PM, when the music started again. The construction also blocked direct access to the center. We had to cross a parking lot, go down an icy slope meant for cars, and walk along a busy road. Between that and the illness from the cold, an elderly person in our group was stuck inside the apartment for the whole week. None of this had been mentioned when we booked. Things might get better when construction is over and the heating is fixed, but it's hard to imagine a worse apartment.
