The rooms were beautiful, and everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We stayed here a while ago and found that it lived up to what we expected. Both breakfast and the restaurant food were excellent.

One of the best hotels my husband and I have visited. Our room was clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the Livigno alps. We’d definitely recommend it.

At a spa, I expected to relax, but instead I felt spoken down to, as if I were a nuisance. The person in charge was rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, with little respect or discretion. The service was handled carelessly and inappropriately.

The four-course dinners exceeded expectations, though the limited daily choices meant we were repeating dishes after three days. The hotel has a polished, luxury feel, and with kids I’d have preferred somewhere more relaxed, but that’s just my preference, not a complaint. I stayed with my two children and we enjoyed it a lot. There’s a small playroom with Nintendo and toys, and the pool was great for keeping little ones entertained after skiing. The hotel is welcoming, and I had no problems. Thanks.

Really nice hotel and spa. Thanks to Giorgina for such good customer service :) I’ll definitely be back next year.
