There was plenty I enjoyed here: a generous salad bar at dinner, a big choice at breakfast, and food I was happy with. The staff were very friendly, and the atmosphere feels welcoming and homey. It's a well-kept hotel in a beautiful setting, with clean rooms. The new annex has a small pool, jacuzzi, and sauna area. My one wish is that they had some rooms for four, since all the rooms are currently doubles. I'd recommend it.

The heated pool was a lovely extra after skiing, and the whole hotel was very clean and well organized. The staff were friendly and professional. The nudist sauna isn't my thing, though it didn't bother me. I had a very good stay at Hotel Monte Cherz and would confidently recommend it.

The wellness area was really great, and the food was fine. My son and I spent a week at the hotel and had a good time. The slopes are nearby, and we could ski back to the hotel. In the morning a van took us the roughly 100 meters to the lift. We'd come back.

The spa was a highlight after a long day on the slopes, with saunas, a pool, jacuzzi, and more. There's also a bus running during the day to drop you at the piste, about five minutes away, and pick you up again. The boot room was good too. Food was fantastic, with plenty of choice and great quality, and the staff were brilliant and really friendly. Our room was small and a bit dated, but perfectly fine since we barely spent time in it. There's a nice little bar as well. We had a brilliant skiing holiday here and would happily return next year.

There are beautiful walks starting right outside, and the location is gorgeous. We spent a week here and loved it. The welcome, food, staff, and facilities all felt worthy of five stars.
