This is the best hotel I've stayed at so far in Italy. Everything seems new and works properly. I've stayed in four-star hotels where everything inside was old and not working, especially the bathroom. I especially enjoyed having a balcony where I could drink coffee and smoke.

The atmosphere is nice, the hotel is good, and everything is clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very kind and lovely. The rooms are a little expensive for what they are, though, and the sound insulation is very bad. I'd still recommend it.

It's right on the waterfront, with a park and street parking nearby. The front desk was very helpful, and they spoke English. They do have parking, but you need to ask, and it costs 10 euros a night. The room was comfortable, but there were no plugs by the computer desk or in the bathroom. The only plugs were behind the bed, so I had to run the refrigerator's cord across the floor.
